Our project management systems provide for effective project management and control. We use specialised software that allows for accurate costings which is fully integrated with our construction programme. Risk management schedules and progress check lists are completed on a daily basis.
Project Control - This occurs at the execution phase of the project and involves tracking the progress of the project at key points in the plan, to determine the progress made versus the plan. Identifying situations where there is a discrepancy between the plan and the actual progress made and if there is a discrepancy identify the reason for the discrepancy and then put in place actions to get the project on track.
