Site Managers hold the responsibility of the systematic monitoring and evaluation at each set task of the build to ensure high standards of quality are being attained throughout the course of the project. Staff are briefed daily and debriefed at the end of each day, variances are highlighted and plans adjusted accordingly. We have a number of tools available to assist us with the efficient functioning of the project.
